Available in two colors, the blue-gray has bluish areas in the gray, and the beige has grayish areas in the cream, giving it a deep hue that cannot be described in a single word. This is called "kiln alteration," an accidental beauty created by the change of glaze in the kiln. Even when the same clay, technique, and glaze are used, subtle influences in the kiln cause the colors to constantly change.
