空気中の成分と反応してくすんだり黒ずんだりする性質がありますので、使い込んでいくうちに徐々に色合いが濃くなり、しみの様な斑点が出来たりする場合がありますが、商品の特性のひとつとしてご理解ください。
酸性の食品や飲み物を入れると、変色したり金属成分が溶け出す恐れがありますのでご使用はお控えください。
製品使用後、洗わずに置いておいたり、食品が付着したまま長い間置いておくと、変色や緑青（ろくしょう）が出やすくなります。
使用後は出来るだけ早く洗い、柔らかい布等で水気をよく拭き取って乾かしてください。
食器洗浄機などでの洗浄はサビや腐食の原因となりますのでおやめください。
