Description
Ltd. in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, which has a long history of sake brewing since its establishment in 1871. [The brewery's sake brewing process starts with rice cultivation. The brewery sticks to traditional sake brewing and carefully finishes its sake using traditional methods and techniques. The characteristics of the soil, the individuality of the producer, and the characteristics of the rice are also identified and reflected in the handcrafting process. Sake with a natural depth of flavor is the result. Junmai Ginjo-shu [Sai - Irodori] is made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Kanagawa Prefecture. The traditional method of Fukuro Shibori, in which the weight of the sake collects the drops that fall from the bottle, is used to create a flavor with full aroma and umami. By soaking green coffee beans in the aromatic and gorgeous "Sai - Irodori" for one week to one month, the sweetness and umami of the koji, which is unique to sake, and the flavor of the coffee can be tasted. The aftertaste is fruity, which is unique to sake, and refreshing. A pleasant combination of sake and coffee flavors. *Bottle is not included in the product. A drip bag is a filter filled with coffee grounds for one cup of coffee, and you can easily make drip coffee by hooking the hooks on both sides of the filter onto the cup and pouring 200cc of hot water.
