Description
| The brewery is the only winery in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture [Kentoku Winery]. Since 2014, they have been developing their farm* and opening a vineyard, and in 2019, they harvested their first grapes and released [Kanagawa Wine] on consignment to Yokohama Winery, and since then, they have been brewing under various wineries. In January 2023, we obtained a fruit wine production license to brew our own wine. [We are pursuing the "Taste of Sagamihara". Red wine [MEGUMI] made from 100% Sagamihara-grown grapes cultivated on the company's own farm. Generally, an environment with little rainfall and large temperature differences is considered suitable for winemaking. While some people think that Kanagawa Prefecture is not suitable for grape cultivation, Kentoku Winery takes the time and effort to cultivate grapes and focuses on preferred varieties to create wines that are unique to Sagamihara. The wines are highly acclaimed in the industry. The soft mouthfeel of the coffee is firmly tinged with the berry-like sweetness of red wine and the pleasant astringency of tannins. Modest and refreshing acidity* fresh drinking [MEGUMI], with a refreshing aftertaste. *Bottle is not included in the product. A drip bag is a filter filled with coffee grounds for one cup of coffee. You can easily make drip coffee by hooking the hooks on both sides of the filter onto the top of a cup and pouring 200cc of hot water. 都心から近い神奈川から発信することで、より多くの方が日本ワインと接点を持つことを大事にしている。2014年から、農園開発・葡萄園開園と取り組みを進め、2019年に葡萄を初収穫、横濱ワイナリーへの委託醸造で「神奈川ワイン」をリリース。以降、様々なワイナリーのもとで醸造。2023年1月に果実酒製造免許を取得し自社醸造を実現。「相模原の味」を探求している。
自社農園で栽培した相模原産のブドウ100%で作った赤ワイン「MEGUMI」を使用。
一般的に、ワイン造りに適しているのは雨が少なく寒暖差が大きい環境とされる。神奈川県はブドウ栽培に適していないという見方もある中で、ケントクワイナリーは栽培に手間をかけ、好みの品種にこだわり、相模原ならではのワインを実現。業界からも高い評価を得ている。
やわらかな口当たりのコーヒーの中に、赤ワインのベリーのような甘さ、タンニンの心地良い渋みがしっかりと感じられる。
控えめでさっぱりとした酸味・フレッシュな飲み心地の「MEGUMI」、後味には爽快感がある。

ドリップバッグとはコーヒー1杯分のコーヒーの粉がフィルターに詰められ、フィルターの両サイドについているフックの部分をカップの上にひっかけて200ccのお湯を注ぐことで、手軽にドリップコーヒーを作ることができます。
