| Cooking at high temperature at once over high heat Gas flame only Reliable quality [Made in Japan] Preparation before use: All surfaces are coated with clear lacquer to prevent rust during the distribution stage. Please remove the paint before use. Then, add more oil and fry the scrap vegetables thoroughly to blend them with the oil. To remove the paint: Wash with a sponge dipped in dishwashing detergent and wipe dry. Place on stove top and heat over medium heat. When the pan starts to get hot, increase the heat and cook the pan, moving it from the center to the sides, until the whole pan is bluish in color. Caution: Because the material is iron, rust will occur if the pan is kept moist or dirty during storage. If rusting occurs, please remove the rust, wipe off the water, and apply oil before storing. Caution: Do not leave the pots to soak in water or use them in a dishwasher or dryer. Doing so may cause rust. |
