目にやさしく・行がはっきりとわかり・シンプルなデザインで集中できる、「まほらノート」の特長をそのまま残して、ゆったりとした気分でたのしく学習に取組める学習帳です。
中紙には、白い紙に比べ光の反射を抑えられる、まほらノートと同じ国産色上質紙を使用しています。
また中紙は、通常のノートの中紙に比べ10％程度厚いハイグレードな紙で、強い筆圧で書いてもへこみにくく、次のページへの影響が軽減されます。
さらに紙肌がなめらかなので消しゴムで消す時も、紙がクシャクシャにならずきれいに消すことができます。
学習帳のマスの中の十字リーダー（十字に入っている点線）が気になりうまく字が書けないお子さんのために、「バランス中心点（マスの中心にある小さな点）」を開発し採用しました。
「まほらゆったりつかう学習帳」のバランス中心点は、マスの中心を示す点を基準にして、左右上下の余白を意識して書くことで、罫線に意識を取られることなく、のびのびゆったりと文字を書くことができます。
あみかけの行とあみかけでない行が交互にあるので、まほらノートのように書いているところを見失わずまっすぐ書くことができます。
また、あみかけでない行にお手本を書いて、あみかけの行に写して書くという使い方もできます。
算数のひっ算の位取りもゆがむことなくまっすぐに書くことができます。
