We were able to create a firm, highly absorbent towel that makes a squeaky sound when rubbed together a little, a little echo like the [snow sound] you hear when stepping on fresh snow. Please try this exquisite matching created by Japanese craftsmanship. [Yuki-Oto (snow sound) processing is the ultimate form of post-bleaching processing, in which bleaching* and rinsing are performed after weaving, and was named after the texture of the towel after processing, which resembles stepping on freshly fallen snow. [The Yukine process removes impurities, glue, dyes, etc. to the utmost limit to bring out the original texture of the cotton fibers and maximize water absorption and quick-drying properties. |
