編み手さん一人ひとりの生産量に比例した還付金が、サンクスカードを添えて手渡しで返されます。
その大量のサンクスカードは、実はオフィススタッフみんなで手書きしているもの。
代表のチャンドラさんに、「どうして手書きなの？」と尋ねると…
「うちは、名前がHastakala（手仕事）だからね。」との答えが。
