| It has a WellFlon spin coating, The surface is smooth and dirt does not penetrate easily. It is also non-stick, easy to clean, and can be cooked with a small amount of oil. The coating has passed a metal spatula abrasion resistance test of 2 million times and a corrosion resistance test of 300 hours. (Tested by Institute of Science for Quality of Living in accordance with JIS S 2010) Even though it is IH compatible, the bottom of the pan is not easily deformed, and it is difficult to bake unevenly. (IH-compatible frying pans have a stainless steel plate on the bottom, but the drawback is that it easily warps due to heat. Standy does not use stainless steel, but is sprayed with iron and aluminum powder, making it less prone to deformation.) The body is anodized for long life. It can be used with IH (100V)(200V) as well as gas fire. |
