| [The coffee beans are soaked in sake, and the sake flavor is transferred to the green coffee beans before roasting. [About the brewery] The brewery, Izumibashi Sake Brewery, was established in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, in 1868. [The company's sake brewing process begins with the cultivation of rice. The brewery sticks to traditional sake brewing and carefully finishes its sake using traditional methods and techniques. The characteristics of the soil, the individuality of the producer, and the characteristics of the rice are also identified and reflected in the handcrafting process. The result is sake with a natural depth of flavor. [Sake used]. A collaboration of junmai sake and Juro (plum) from Odawara*Soga, this is a premium plum liquor (liqueur) made with junmai sake, which is rare in Japan and has a moderate sweetness. Juro (ume) is a variety indigenous to Kanagawa*Odawara, and is usually grown for premium pickled plums, which are thick-fleshed and harvested after they have ripened to a certain degree on the tree. [Taste as sake coffee] After the aroma of coffee, you will feel the fresh sourness of the plum, followed by a mild sweetness. [ What is a drip bag?] One cup of coffee powder is packed in a filter, and drip coffee can be easily made by hooking the hooks on both sides of the filter onto the top of a cup and pouring 200cc of hot water.
