| *Bodhisattva born from the tears of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva It is said that one day Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva burst into tears when he saw that no matter how much he practiced, all sentient beings could not be freed from suffering. From the tears in his eyes were born White Tara Bodhisattva and Green Tara Bodhisattva, respectively. Green Tara is an active deity compared to the maternal White Tara, and is represented as stepping out with her right foot on a lotus pedestal, ready to rush to the rescue at a moment's notice. *Hand-carved pattern by artisans This statue is specially hand-carved by Nepalese craftsmen, one piece at a time. It is a very time-consuming task to draw patterns on a statue with many curves, but even the smallest of lines are carefully drawn. The carved pattern can be one of the following auspicious patterns that represent Tibetan lucky charms: treasure umbrella, goldfish, treasure vase, lotus, white conch, auspicious knot, victory banner, and wheel of law. *The pattern may not be the same as in the photo. The atmosphere will not change drastically. *The production is solid & reasonable. The statue is well carved in detail and well made. The size is just right, neither too large nor too small. The price is reasonable, less than 1/5 of the price of a metal one of the same size. The secret is that they are made of resin. The metal statue is molded and the resin is poured into the mold. *Wall-hanging type to add color to your interior The back side has a metal pull part so that it can be easily hung on the wall. The part is perfectly positioned so that no nails or other parts are visible when it is displayed! Great! This is a rare item that has a strong presence. ■観音菩薩の涙から産まれた菩薩
ある日観音菩薩が、自分がどれだけ修行しても一切衆生が苦しみから解放されないのをみて涙をこぼされたそうです。その両の目の涙から白多羅菩薩と緑多羅菩薩がそれぞれ産まれたとされています。グリーンターラは、母性的なホワイトターラーに比較すると活動的な尊格で、すぐにでも救済に駆けつけられるように右足を蓮の台座に踏み出している姿で表現されています。
■職人による手彫り模様
こちらの像はネパールの職人が一点づつ丁寧に手彫りした特別仕様。曲線の多い像に模様を描いていくのは本当に大変手間のかかる作業ですが、細かい線の一本一本まで丁寧に描かれています。
彫られている柄は、チベットの縁起が良いものを表した吉祥文様である宝傘、金魚、宝瓶、蓮、白法螺貝、吉祥結、勝幢、法輪のどれかになります。

■作りはしっかり＆リーズナブル
細部まできちんと彫り込まれ、しっかりと作られた像です。サイズも大きすぎず、小さすぎないちょうどいいサイズです。

その秘密は、レジンという樹脂で作られているから。金属で作られた像を型どりして、その型にレジンを流し込んで作っています。
