Description
*Tibetan religious instruments This strangely shaped trumpet is called a kanglin, a traditional Tibetan Buddhist folk instrument. It is said to have once been made from a human femur. It is used in Tibetan Buddhist rituals to invoke the spirits. Because of its origins in being made from a human femur, it is believed to serve as a reminder of impermanence and the transitory nature of life. It is a simple instrument with no reeds, but anyone who can play the trumpet should be able to sound it without problems. This may be the first time in Japan that a trumpet has been officially imported to our store. We found this one in the exile Tibetan area. This is a rare item that is rarely available, please take advantage of this opportunity. |
