ベトナムからやってきたピーラー包丁です。刃が真ん中の隙間、左片側のみについており、外側に刃は付いていません。少し硬めの皮むき用に使われており、主に現地ではサトウキビの皮むきなどへ、用いられているようです。
他にも、果実や野菜の皮むきに使うことができます。力を入れやすい形をしているので、少々硬めの皮むきにも便利ですね。
そして気になるのが、柄の部分に貼られている、ブルーバックの証明写真の男性。誰?と思いきや、どうやら作った人の写真のようです。しっかりした物作ってるという気概を感じます！
