Description
*Stylish cushion covers from North India These cushion covers are made from dalies (rugs) that are said to have originally been made in Punjab, an area that straddles northwest India and northeast Pakistan and is said to be the birthplace of Sikhism. It is said that women originally wove them for Sikh temples called gurudwaras, and each piece is carefully woven. Jute, with its strong fibers, has played a role in its sturdiness and has earned a high reputation throughout history. The fiber is strong, durable, pollution-free, and truly a dream material. This cushion cover has the [thick and robust] characteristics of jute, but with a pleasant natural touch. The base shades are calm earth colors, and the pattern is a stylish Kilim pattern. They are easy to match and look stylish in any interior space, including Western rooms, Japanese rooms, and natural interiors. These cushion covers are woven and then screen printed in Jaipur. *Eco-friendly material with low environmental impact Jute can be reproduced within the framework of the natural ecosystem in a short period of time, so the disposal of waste from the production process is less costly to the environment. It is also a plant with vigorous photosynthesis that absorbs carbon dioxide (CO2) 5 to 6 times better than ordinary wood, helping to reduce global warming. In recent years, it has been attracting attention as an eco-friendly material with low environmental impact. |
