Even today, India is still lined with buildings and the legal system of the British Empire era. This compass is a replica of one that came to India from England during the British Empire rule, and is an antique piece that evokes the good old days. Originally, the compass was produced in 1905 by SPENCER&CO. in LONDON, but more than 100 years have already passed, and there seems to be no SPENCER&CO. making directional magnets in LONDON. The overall form is made of metal and finished in a subdued color. The dial has a protruding glass like a magnifying glass, a design not seen today. The sides of the body and the screws are also elaborately designed with fine details that seem to date back to the early 19th century. 第2次世界対戦まで、インドは大英帝国の植民地として統治されていました。今でもインドには大英帝国時代の建物が並び、法律システムが残っています。このコンパスは大英帝国統治時代に英国からインドにやってきたものを複製したもので、古き良き時代を感じさせるアンティックな一品となっています。
