Description
| The round plate has a soft and slightly wavering shape that can only be achieved with pottery. The shape cannot be expressed by using other materials or mechanical manufacturing methods. The shape is flat, but slightly lowered in the center, with the user in mind, the center of the dish is slightly lowered. Glaze: A subdued indigo color that is not too assertive. Combined with foodstuffs, it creates a sense of the extraordinary. At first glance, the glaze appears to flow randomly, Its pooling and flow is a harmony of artifice and nature* craftsmanship. Everything is handmade by skilled craftsmen. Each piece is produced with the user in mind, and with careful attention to the different atmosphere of the clay * temperature * and changes in the glaze each time. What is Hechimon? [Hechimon" is a Shigaraki craftsman's word for "windswept objects. Just like the various shapes created by nature and the individuality of each of us, The vessels have a variety of expressions, just like the various shapes created by nature and the individual personalities of each of us.
