*After using the stove over an open fire or charcoal fire, wash with a sponge or scrubber using dishwashing detergent. (For other products, use a stainless steel pot other than an aluminum pot.) *Some pots and pans may not be fully cleaned if they are badly burnt. *After washing, please dry the pots and pans thoroughly before storing them in a dryer to prevent mold and stains. We recommend that you stop the pot before using it for the first time after purchase. By applying a stopper, it helps to reduce the amount of dirt that can seep into the nannin, and also helps to close the coarse grain of the clay. [Notes] *All pieces are made by hand, so there may be individual variations in the unevenness of the glaze and the appearance of the colors. *If you continue to use the pot over a charcoal fire or open fire, soot will appear on the pot.
