| Two ukiyoe artists of the Edo period, Hiroshige Utagawa's "Fifty-three Stages of the Tokaido" and Kuniyoshi Utagawa's "Fifty-three Cats", have been made into a set of glass magnets! [Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido] This set consists of 55 pieces, including 53 inns on the Tokaido Highway and the Sanjo Ohashi Bridge in Kyoto. The scenery of the road and travelers are depicted along with the changes of the four seasons. [Neko Kaurai Gojyusanbiki] This caricature depicts various cats with a sense of humor by replacing the inns that appear in the Fifty-three Stages of the Tokaido with puns about cats.
