| These earrings are made of rare and precious Akoya baby pearls. These cute earrings are very small 3.5-4mm in size. The production of baby pearls requires a very high level of skill and the amount of pearls raised on the beach is very small. 2mm size pearls account for less than 0.01% of the total production of cultured pearls in Japan, 3mm size pearls account for 1.5%, 4mm size pearls account for 2.5%, and 5mm size pearls account for 3.5%.
