Rosanjin was known as a ceramic artist and a gourmet. He is said to have designed and produced all the tableware he used, His free and vigorous style is still admired today. The dishes of Rosanjin were copied and revived in the modern age with the technology of Mino ware. and revived it in the modern age with Mino ware techniques. [Rosanjin Kitaoji] Born on March 23, 1881 in Kamigamo, Kyoto. He showed his genius in a wide range of fields including ceramics, calligraphy, seal engraving, and painting. [He founded Hoshioka Saryo based on the belief that "tableware is a garment for cooking.] The tableware is the kimono of the dish, He created all the dishes and tableware for the club. 明治16年3月23日、京都上賀茂の社屋に生まれる。
陶芸、書道、篆刻、画家など幅広い分野で天才ぶりを発揮。
美食が高じ会員制「美食倶楽部」「星岡茶寮」を創業。
「食器は料理の着物である。」という信念のもと、
そこでする一切の料理を創案、食器も自ら制作した。

それは幼い頃の魯山人の言葉です。
美食好きは多大なエネルギーと美的感覚を研ぎ澄まし、
自ら美味しいものを求めて作り、器に盛り、

魯山人主催の美食倶楽部、星岡茶寮では
自ら美食を楽しむための器を作り上げます。
その自由で奔放な魯山人の魅力をかたりべ魯文氏に
監修していただき、写しの器に再現してみました。
