*About direct delivery
If you have a delivery address specified for the consumer, you can register the delivery address on the screen when you place your order.
Please register additional shipping addresses in the Multiple Shipping Address Registration function section and place your order.

Please make sure to mention "direct delivery" in the retailer's message field.

*About assembly and installation
For large items, we offer delivery with assembly and installation.
Please be sure to indicate in the "Retailer Message" field that you wish to have the product assembled and installed.
In the case of delivery with assembly and installation, a separate labor charge will be incurred for each item ordered.
The amount is stated in the product description. For items not listed, please contact us.
*It is not possible to specify whether or not assembly and installation is required for each product in a single delivery. If you order a delivery with assembly and installation, you will be charged for all items included in the delivery.

*About the response in the event of product defects
In the event of a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Please attach a picture of the defective part when you contact us.
If we replace the product, we will exchange it at the same time you receive it.
Please return the defective product to its original packaging before we deliver the replacement product.
Please keep the packing materials with you until we have verified the product.
