Description
This is a half-black kiln-decorated backhanded tea pouring bowl. The surface has been fully taki-taki (tapping) to make it easy to use. The lid is also very rare with an inro lid. Tokoname ware is characterized by the use of iron-rich clay from the Chita Peninsula.
