*Because inventory is shared within the company, there is a possibility that items may be out of stock or sold out. In such cases, we will change the quantity or process the order as sold out.
*If items with different delivery dates are ordered at the same time, they will be shipped in batches according to the item with the slowest delivery date. Split shipments are not supported. If you are in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply.
*Reorders for missing items will be treated as new orders.
*Delivery of products may be suspended during certain periods, such as Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Obon holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
*Color may differ from the actual product depending on the environment of your computer or display. Also, there may be a slight difference in size. Color, packaging, and size may vary depending on the time of arrival and production lot. Accessories for photography are not included in the product.
*Overseas products may have different quality standards compared to products made in Japan, and we do not open and inspect individual products. Color differences, package distortion, stains, insufficient number of sheets, wrinkles, folds, misprinting, etc. may occur, but they are not considered defective products. Please understand the characteristics of overseas products before purchasing.
