DE10形ディーゼル機関車は、ローカル線における貨客列車の牽引や入換用途を目的として、国鉄が1966（昭和41）年から1978（昭和53）年にかけて製造したディーゼル機関車です。
製品は観光列車「大樹」用に東武鉄道へ譲渡されたうちの1両です。
最小走行半径はR95と大変コンパクトです。
