Although it is a deformed model, the attention to detail has been preserved. By combining the car with a power chassis and trailer chassis (sold separately), the Z Shorty can be used in the same way as a regular Z gauge car, the model can be driven just like a normal Z gauge train! [Product Features and Usage] This set includes the body of the Z Shorty, a very small size model train. The Z Shorty can be combined with a power chassis and trailer chassis (sold separately) and run just like a regular Z Gauge train. The train is the popular JNR express diesel train, Kiha 58 series. The train is in Takaoka color, which was adopted for trains belonging to the Takaoka Railway Department around 2001, and could be seen on the Himi Line and the Johata Line. By removing the front parts, the driver's cab side can be connected to each other. The minimum running radius is R45, making it very compact. 車両は人気の国鉄急行形気動車、キハ58系です。
車両は2001年頃から高岡鉄道部所属の車両に採用された高岡色で、氷見線や城端線で見ることができた編成です。
フロントパーツを取り外すことで、運転台側同士を連結しての走行も可能です。
最小走行半径はR45と大変コンパクトです。
