Century"] With a history dating back to the early Edo period, the pottery production area is one of the six oldest kilns in Japan. A wide range of products are made here, from daily necessities such as teapots and tableware to building materials such as ceramic pipes, tiles, and sanitary ware. The material contains no harmful substances. *The surface of the bowl is finely uneven by the "nota-uchi" technique. *The lid and the body are mortised together to make a pair. Therefore, there are polishing marks on the lid and body. |

常滑焼(とこなめやき)は、平安時代後期から1,000年の歴史を有し、日本六古窯のひとつに数えられる焼き物産地です。急須や食器などの日用品から陶管・タイル・衛生陶器などの建築資材まで幅広い製品がつくられています。昭和51年6月11日、国の「伝統的工芸品産業の振興に関する法律」に基づき伝統的工芸品として産地指定を受けました。
■茶葉が細かい深蒸し茶も安心して使うことの出来るステンレス製の帯アミを採用しています。
■1〜2人分の容量とお考えください(1人100mlとして)
■朱泥陶土を1100度で本焼成した後800度で炭化焼成し黒色に変化させます。素材に有害な物質は含まれていません。
■表面にはノタ打ちという技法で細かな凹凸があります。
■蓋と本体は一対にする為すり合わせ作業を行います。その為蓋と本体に研磨した痕があります。
