| [The coffee beans are soaked in sake, and the sake flavor is transferred to the beans before roasting. [About the brewery] The brewery, Izumihashi Sake Brewery, was established in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, in 1868. [The company's sake brewing process begins with the cultivation of rice. The brewery sticks to traditional sake brewing and carefully finishes its sake using traditional methods and techniques. The characteristics of the soil, the individuality of the producer, and the characteristics of the rice are also identified and reflected in the handcrafting process. The result is sake with a natural depth of flavor. [Sake used] Ikashita* Liqueur Yuzu], which was newly released in 2024. A collaboration of a sake lees shochu made from the sake lees produced in the sake brewing process [asadakomari] and a liqueur made from yuzu produced in Fujino, Sagamihara City. The aroma and flavor of yuzu and the sharpness that only shochu can provide can be fully appreciated in this product. This liqueur can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, from on the rocks to with soda. Taste as [sake coffee]. The robust flavor of [ikashita* liqueur yuzu] is aromatic when combined with coffee. The refreshing flavor of Yuzu and the sharp fullness of Shochu that matches perfectly.
