Century"] With a history dating back to the early Edo period, the pottery production area is one of the six oldest kilns in Japan. A wide range of products are made here, from daily necessities such as teapots and tableware to building materials such as ceramic pipes, tiles, and sanitary ware. It features a ceramic tea strainer that can extract the flavor of tea. *Please consider it as a capacity for two people (100ml per person). *Since the clay is fired at 1100 degrees Celsius, it is re-fired at 800 degrees Celsius for carbonization. It is carbonized and fired again at 800°C to turn it black. The material contains no harmful substances. *There is a cutout on the shelf support part of the main body for easy disposal of tea leaves. (Easy-disposal structure) *The lid and the body are mortised together to make a pair. Therefore, there are polishing marks on the lid and body.  |

常滑焼(とこなめやき)は、平安時代後期から1,000年の歴史を有し、日本六古窯のひとつに数えられる焼き物産地です。急須や食器などの日用品から陶管・タイル・衛生陶器などの建築資材まで幅広い製品がつくられています。昭和51年6月11日、国の「伝統的工芸品産業の振興に関する法律」に基づき伝統的工芸品として産地指定を受けました。
■急須全体が陶器で出来ています。お茶の旨みを抽出することの出来る陶製茶漉しが特徴です。
■2人分の容量とお考えください(1人100mlとして)
■朱泥陶土を1100度で焼成しています。再度800度で炭化焼成を行い黒色に変化させます。素材に有害な物質は含まれていません。
■茶殻が捨てやすく本体棚受け部分に切れ込みがあります。(楽捨て構造)
■蓋と本体は一対にする為すり合わせ作業を行います。その為蓋と本体に研磨した痕があります。
