Description
Toile de Jouy is an enchanting traditional French fabric loved by Marie Antoinette. This is an original table stand made of this fabric, which means "Jouy's cloth" in French. We have created an original shade to match this fabric so as not to spoil the countryside depicted in the monochromatic cotton print. The shade is circular in shape, and the back side is made of heat-resistant resin. The smaller patterned fabric was chosen for the lampshade, allowing you to enjoy the Toile de Jouy landscape pattern even more. The lampshade is a lamp catch that fits over a light bulb. The fabric is available in three colors: grey, blue, and rouge. Fabrics La Pastorale pastoral mini rouge Pastorale is a favorite subject of the 18th century Rococo period, and refers to genre paintings depicting people working on a farm or men and women talking in a tranquil countryside setting. MFTA's [Pastoral] is a fascinating fabric that conveys the atmosphere of the 18th-century country genre prints that were so beloved by Toile de Jouy. |
