Description
| [The coffee beans are soaked in sake, and the sake flavor is transferred to the beans before roasting. [Sake used]. The Sainte-Croix*du*Mont area, along with the Sauternes area, is one of the world's most famous areas for noble rot wines and benefits from the fog that occurs at the intersection of the Garonne and Chiron rivers. Château *La*Grave has been family owned and operated for generations since it was purchased by the Bridet family in 1929. The winery currently has 25 hectares of vineyards and produces noble rot, dry white, rosé, and red wines. In particular, the noble rot wine produced from the 5 hectares of vineyards is characterized by its fruity aromas of apricots and almonds and its concentrated, elegant sweetness after slow and soft pressing of hand-picked grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation and 12-month aging in barriques. It is ideal as an after-dinner dessert wine or as an aperitif. [Coffee beans used] Ethiopian Guji Natural . Guji* Kelucha's selection factory uses cherries purchased directly from surrounding farmers to ensure consistent quality. The cherries grown in an environment with a large temperature difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures store a lot of sugar, resulting in a juicy, tea-like, milky flavor . [Taste as a sake coffee] When Ethiopian *Guji* Natural coffee is paired with the noble wine, the fruity berry and chocolate flavors of the Ethiopian Guji blend perfectly with the apricot and honey sweetness of the noble wine. The juicy, milky mouthfeel of the coffee synergizes with the concentrated sweetness of the wine to create a rich, deep flavor. The unique flavors of both complement each other, a combination that leaves an elegant and complex aftertaste! *Bottle is not included in the product. #coffee #coffee beans #coffee beans #homeroaster #sakecoffee #sake coffee #coffee roaster #coffee #coffeebeans #homeroaster #sakecoffee #coffeeroaster # dripcoffee #drip coffee #inbound |
