| [About Sake Coffee] Sake Coffee is a coffee bean soaked in sake and roasted after the flavor of the sake is transferred to the green coffee bean. [About the Brewery] GEEKSTILL Inc. is a craft gin distillery based in Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, established in 2020. As the name implies, [GEEKSTILL] is a [geek] or [maniacal] distillery, especially for its unique process of combining sake and gin, and the sake used as the raw material is a special one provided by a famous local distillery. For distillation, we use botanical ingredients harvested in Yamanashi Prefecture, and our gins express local nature, such as grape blossoms, birch sap, and strawberries. The company also contributes to the reduction of food loss by utilizing these ingredients. A representative product is a branded gin called [AMRTA], which means [panacea] in Sanskrit, and is especially fragrant and has a unique flavor! [The following liquors were used in the preparation of the gin.] AMRTA GIN GETTO This blend is made by macerating and distilling Okinawan shell gingers, and harmonizes their Chinese herbal aroma with the bitterness of yellow skin and the sweetness of licorice. It offers relaxation with a deep taste of nature's bounty. Packed with health benefits such as the antioxidant properties of shell ginger and the anti-inflammatory properties of licorice, it is a special drink that brings peace of mind and body in the midst of our busy lives. amrta's moon peach blend is perfect for those special moments. 【酒造について】
株式会社GEEKSTILLは、山梨県甲州市に拠点を置き、2020年に設立されたクラフトジンの蒸留所です。 「GEEKSTILL」はその名の通り、「オタク」や「マニアック」な蒸留所という意味を持っています特に日本酒とジンを組み合わせた独特な製法が特徴で、原料となる日本酒も地元の名蔵元から提供された特別なものを使用しています。
蒸留には山梨県で収穫されるボタニカル素材を使用し、ブドウの花や白樺の樹液、苺など、地元の自然を表現したジンを取り扱っています。活用し、食品ロス削減にも貢献しています。
代表的な製品には、「AMRTA」というブランドのジンがあり、サンスクリット語で「万能薬」を意味するこのジンは、特に香りが高く、独特な風味が特徴です
