The beans are washed and machine sorted to shape and improve the quality over natural mocha. Because only fully ripe beans are used, there are fewer foreign substances and defects, and the beans have a beautiful appearance. The high standard of selection technology ensures consistent screen size and moisture content, and the beans are highly regarded as a premium product with outstanding aroma and flavor.
