| [What is Sake Coffee?] Sake Coffee is a "sake-scented coffee bean" made by soaking green coffee beans in sake, transferring the flavor of the sake to the green beans, and then roasting them. [About the brewery] CRAZY VV, Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture Hoshitrade Corporation (Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture) is developing its own brand [CRAZY VV]. This brand handles mainly alcoholic beverages such as Japanese wine, shochu, and whiskey. In particular, it sells limited-edition products such as [CRAZY VV ONTAKE SINGLE CASK WHISKY NO.213], and its product lineup is characterized by its focus on quality and individuality. Hositrade works closely with manufacturers and distilleries to provide high quality products to the market, in order to offer alcohol products with the utmost care and attention. [Alcoholic beverages used] [CRAZY VV ONTAKE SINGLE CASK WHISKY NO.213] is selected and bottled from specific casks (CASK NO.212-215) at the Ontake distillery, which CRAZY VV has a contract with, especially NO.213, which brings out the best features of sherry cask aging. This whisky has a distinctive sweet aroma characteristic of sherry casks, and is characterized by mellow aromas such as honey and maple syrup. It is bottled at cask strength (56.7 degrees alcohol by volume) without any addition of water, so the aroma and flavor can be enjoyed directly. #Inbound |
