Because BAN's mosquito net is made of 100% cotton and has a gentle touch, we have received an increasing number of requests to wear it not only in summer but also in the cold season. We came up with the idea of making a mosquito net woven fabric from slub, which is irregular in thickness and twist, to make it warmer by containing air. I came up with the idea. This idea led to the birth of the "Slub Kaya" series, which can be worn all year round. The result is a new series of conditioning wear developed based on the concept of "wearing soft and warm air. The fabric is newly made of our original "Kaya Slub," which is made of slub yarn with an uneven texture and finished with a mosquito net weave. The soft and comfortable fit characteristic of mosquito net fabrics is maintained, while the comfortable heat-retaining properties of 100% cotton are realized. Kaya slub also has moisture absorbency, so it adjusts humidity comfortably without steaminess. It is useful as a "regulator" to keep the temperature and humidity comfortable throughout the year according to the time of year and the climate. 「あたたかな蚊帳」
夏物としてのイメージが強い蚊帳生地。
幡の蚊帳は綿100％でやさしい肌触りが特徴のため、”夏だけではなく寒い季節でも身に着けたい”とのお声をいただくことが増えました。
そんな中、太さや撚りが不規則な「スラブ」で蚊帳織りの生地をつくったら、空気を含んで暖かさが増すのでは？と思いつきました。
そうすれば1年中身に着けられる商品が作れるという発想から「スラブのかや」シリーズが誕生しました。
そうして誕生したのが「ふわりとした暖かい空気を纏う」をコンセプトに開発した、新感覚のコンディショニングウェアのシリーズです。
生地には凹凸感が特徴のスラブ糸を蚊帳織りで仕上げた、独自開発の「かやスラブ」を新採用。蚊帳の特徴であるやわらかい着心地はそのままに、綿100％ならではの人肌のような心地よい保温性を実現しました。
かやスラブは吸湿性も兼ね備えているので、蒸れもなく快適に湿度を調整。一年を通して、その時期や気候に合った温度と湿度を心地よさを保つ「調整役」として活躍してくれます。身に着けていることを忘れる軽さで、ストレスフリー。まるでスフレのような、ほわんとやわらかな肌ざわりが癖になり、ずっと着ていたくなります。化繊が苦手な方にもおすすめ。
