Description
This wall clock is made of Echizen Washi paper, which is carefully handmade one by one by craftsmen. Designed to be used both horizontally and vertically, it can also be used as a wall hanging without a stand. The stand is made of thick acacia wood to enhance the interior design and provide a solid sense of stability. The stand can also be used as a photo stand or postcard holder. The size is matched with that of the F161369 Echizen Washi paper-based universal calendar in the same series, so the set can be used together to create a unified, high-quality space. *Uses 1 AA dry cell battery (sold separately) *Assembled product *Comes in a design box *Place of production: Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture Washi paper has been a familiar part of Japanese life since ancient times. It was once used for calligraphy, shoji screens, and fusuma paper, making it a familiar part of Japanese life, but as times have changed, the opportunities to see it have diminished. However, with the changing times, we see less and less of it. In Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture, however, the tradition of handmade washi has been preserved for 1,500 years, and the same raw materials and tools are used as they were back then. Handmade washi is made from mitsumata, kozo, gampi, and other plants unique to Japan, and each sheet is made by hand, so no two are alike. *Because each piece is handmade, the pattern and color may vary from product to product. Please note that there may be uneven coloring or slight dents, etc., as part of the texture of the handmade product. Please note that there may be slight variations in color and texture depending on the shooting and display conditions, etc. *Because the paper is dyed after it has been strained, there will be natural shading due to the unevenness of the pattern. Even with the same color* pattern, there may be differences in the way the color appears or unevenness depending on where the paper is cut or on the individual pieces. *Because of the pigment applied to the surface of the paper, there is a possibility of color migration to other items if the paper is rubbed against them. *Washi is made from naturally occurring raw materials, so some plant peels, fibers, oils, etc. may be present. This is not a problem when using the product. *Please be careful not to get wet. Washi may peel off. *Do not place near fire. *Do not use the product in a humid place, in direct sunlight, near an air conditioner or heater, or in a dusty place. *This product is composed of precision parts. Do not use the product in places with strong magnetism. *To prevent tipping over or falling, use the product in a stable place with little vibration. *This product is not waterproof. Please be careful not to splash water on the product. *Do not apply impact or excessive force to the product. *Keep out of reach of children. [Batteries] *Use one manganese AA battery. Do not use rechargeable batteries or other standard batteries. *Please be sure to use new batteries. *If the product becomes hot due to a short circuit in the battery, stop using it immediately. *If there is any abnormality, stop using the product immediately. *Periodically check the batteries for leaks, corrosion, rupture, etc. *When not in use for an extended period of time, remove the batteries. *If the time does not match, replace the batteries with new ones, as they may be low in life. *When disposing of batteries, insulate the + and - terminals with cellophane tape, etc., and dispose of them according to the instructions of the local government.
