| This item is carefully handmade by craftsmen, and you can feel the traditional handmade technique of Echizen Washi paper. The Washi with ears on all four sides is a proof that craftsmen spent a lot of time and effort to make each sheet of Washi on a wooden frame for making Washi of this size. It comes in a set with a magnetic wooden bind holder, making it an item that also has interior design characteristics. Because it is handmade, no two pieces are alike, and the uneven pattern shows various expressions depending on the angle of light. The motifs on the washi are popular shesay items. shesay items have been loved for a long time and Echizen washi paper continues to be used today, preserving its long tradition. In the past, it was used for calligraphy, shoji screens, and fusuma paper, and was a familiar part of Japanese life, but as times have changed, we see less and less of it. However, with the changing times, we see less and less of it. In Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture, the tradition of handmade washi has been preserved for 1,500 years, using the same raw materials and the same tools as at that time. Handmade washi is made from mitsumata, kozo, gampi, and other plants unique to Japan, and each sheet is made by hand, so no two are alike. *Because each piece is handmade, the pattern and color may vary from product to product. Please note that there may be uneven coloring or slight dents, etc., as part of the texture of the handmade product. 四方に耳のついた和紙はこの大きさの和紙を漉く木枠で職人が1枚ずつ手間暇かけて作った証です。
マグネット式の木製のバインドホルダーとセットになっており、インテリア性も兼ね備えた一品です。
手漉きの為一つとして同じものはなく、凹凸のある模様は光の角度によって様々な表情を見せてくれます。
和紙にあしらったモチーフはshesayの人気アイテム達。shesayで長く愛されてきたアイテムと長い伝統を守り今も続く越前和紙。
shesayのアイテムも同じように長く普遍的に愛されるアイテムに育って欲しいという願いを込めてつくりました。

古くから日本の暮らしの中で親しまれてきた和紙。
かつては書道や障子、襖紙などに使われ、身近な存在でしたが、時代の変化とともにその姿を目にする機会が少なくなりました。
その中で、福井県越前市では1500年の伝統を守り続け、当時と変わらない同じ原料、同じ道具で手漉き和紙を継承し続けています。
手漉き和紙は、三椏（ミツマタ）・楮（コウゾ）・雁皮（ガンピ）など日本独特の植物を原料とし、1枚1枚が手作業で作られるため一つとして同じものはありません。
・一点一点手作業のため、柄や色の出かたが製品によって異なることがあります。色ムラや多少の凹みなどがある場合がありますが、手作りの風合いとして予めご了承ください。また、色や素材感は、撮影状況やディスプレイの状況等によって若干の誤差が生じる場合がございます。
・紙を漉いてから染色を行なっているため、模様の凹凸により自然な濃淡が出来ます。同じ色・模様でも裁断箇所や個体により色の出方の違いやムラが出てしまうこともあります。
・表面に顔料が施されているため、擦れると他の品物に色移りする可能性がありますのでご注意ください。
・和紙は自然由来の原料を使用しているため、植物の皮や繊維、油分などが見られる場合があります。ご使用上の問題はございません。
・水濡れにはご注意ください。和紙が剥がれてしまう恐れがあります。
・火のそばには置かないでください。・湿気が多い場所や直射日光、エアコンやヒーターの近く、ホコリの多い場所等でのご使用はお止めください。
・本製品は精密な部品で構成されています。強い磁気のある場所でのご使用はお止めください。
