Cafe Madlag [Café Madlag opened in 2011, taking over from Café Seven, which was established in Karasuma-Oike in 1963 and loved for nearly 50 years. The popular egg sandwich is a reincarnation of the signature dish from Corona, a Western-style restaurant established in 1945 in Kyoto's Kiyamachi district and closed in 2012. It fosters a new coffee shop culture while retaining the atmosphere of the past. It is a favorite of people of all ages, and is a stop for people in their daily lives. Made in Japan |
