* We pay special attention to inventory control, but since we also sell our products in stores, inventory is always in flux. Therefore, there is a possibility that items may be out of stock in rare cases.

* We mainly use recycled materials for packing materials, in consideration of the environment. We hope you will understand that it may not look perfect in some cases.

*We ship orders on the same day, but in the rare case that there are items in your order that are stored in a different warehouse, we may take 2~3 business days to ship your order.

*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays and cannot respond to orders after business hours (10:00-15:00).
