*Manufactured overseas, and we declare to the Japanese customs in the miscellaneous items for import and obtain import permission before selling.
*Because the products are manufactured overseas, product photos and images are created at the planning stage, and there is a possibility that the images and specifications may differ from the actual products.
*Please be responsible for resale, trouble, claims, and compliant after purchase.
*If you find any initial defects or foreign substances in some products, please stop using the product and contact the original purchaser immediately upon discovery. Contacting us after a few days of purchase is not acceptable.
*Warranty does not cover the use of products that are clearly defective or damage caused by intentional wear.
*Please contact the shipping company in the event of an accident during transportation. No returns are allowed for reasons related to the outer packaging.
*Instructions regarding delivery company, date and time, etc. are not acceptable.
*For items with different delivery dates, we will ship the items according to the latest delivery date as soon as the items are all available. If the items are shipped separately, shipping charges will be incurred each time.
*In principle, technical inquiries about products are handled by e-mail. Please inspect the goods upon arrival at your company and save the inspection data. In principle, we will not be able to respond to any problems caused by unverified or unsaved inspection data.
*After shipment has been confirmed, the goods cannot be returned at the convenience of the purchaser, and in the event of costs incurred such as forwarding due to refusal of receipt or change of delivery address, etc., a separate delivery charge and administration fee will be incurred.
