Description
| [Gilets are the support for your layering wear.] A gilet, a supporting role for layered clothing, is made of hemp cotton fabric. The hemp cotton has a crisp spring/summery feel, keeping the garment light and comfortable even when layered. Enjoy the freedom to add to your fashionable look with this piece. [Beautiful vertical line] Wearing a gilet will beautifully accentuate the vertical line of your body. It can be worn with the buttons open or closed. Please enjoy the different ways of showing off your body. The V-neckline on the front and back is impressive. The left and right fabrics overlap diagonally for a sophisticated look. The eye is drawn to the walnut buttons made of the same fabric. It raises this piece to a higher quality level. The back is also made with a casual V-neckline for a cool impression. [Decorate your footsteps with plants.] The large slits on both sides are hand-embroidered with a vine plant motif. The detailing makes your footsteps more gorgeous, and your mood will be lifted. The traditional Indian Chikan embroidery was carefully stitched, stitch by stitch, by women in the village, in their own homes. Locally, carved wooden stamps are used as drafts for the delicate embroidery. [Stamping is a handicraft. The embroidery designs for this linen series were designed by Indian stamp makers and patterns that have been handed down locally. The vine and plant embroidery is also a slight adaptation of the base design to suit the garment. Aroman has been an artisan for 20 years in his workshop. She told us that she grew up watching the back of her father who was a craftsman. The number of craftsmen who make stamps is decreasing year by year, and this is another kind of craftsmanship that we would like to share with you through fair trade. To dig out those delicate patterns from shisham (rosewood) wood requires skill, sense, and patience cultivated over many years. It is a pattern that can only be produced by human hands. The pattern created by someone hundreds of years ago has been handed down and passed on to the next generation, and remains today, We who live in the present day can still think of it as "beautiful. This quiet impression is like an important letter from the past to the present. [Hemp cotton fabric with a crisp feel] A little bit of hemp in the cotton fabric gives it a cool and crisp feeling. It does not stick to the skin and is thick enough not to be see-through, so it can be worn alone in the hot summer. [Fair Trade][Ethical Collection] |
