Description
| This is an enamel storage container with antimicrobial treatment by blending silver ions into the black-colored enamel finish that makes the most of Japanese technology. It has been scientifically proven that the action of silver ions (Ag+) suppresses the growth rate of bacteria to less than 1%. (ISO221196 compliant) The hard, smooth, glassy surface resists the growth of bacteria, and its outstanding non-absorbability prevents odors. The glassy material is neutral and inert. It does not easily cause scientific reactions with food and is extremely resistant to acids and salts, making it ideal for food preservation. In addition to freezing and refrigerating food, it can also be used for cooking. (Not for microwave use).
