*Cancellation *Changes to Orders

*For defective items
Please contact us via message if the item is defective. We will confirm the initial defect and contact you for the exchange or return procedure. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds in the following cases.

2) Products that have been used by the customer
3) Products with scratches or stains caused by the customer
4) Merchandise with the paper tag cut off or without the paper tag
