| This tool set makes it easy to make thick Greek yogurt at home. 濃厚なグリークヨーグルトを自宅で簡単に作れるツールセットです。
ひのきの木枠、押し蓋、底板（スリット有）、こし布、説明書がセットされ、
市販の固形ヨーグルトを濃厚に加工できます。
☆木枠にこし布をセットし、市販の固形ヨーグルトを入れ、
蓋をして冷蔵庫で2〜3時間寝かすだけ。
※必ず、お手持ちの水受け用のバットなどの上に置いてセットしてください。
木枠の底から水分や乳清（ホエイ）が出ます。
☆出来上がるグリークヨーグルトは、通常のヨーグルトよりも高たんぱくで低脂肪、
栄養価も高く、もっちり濃厚に仕上がります。
☆押し蓋の上に重し（90g程度のもの）を置く事で、より水分を抜く事もできます。
出来上がりのお好みで調節してください。
