*If you want to bake chapattis, this is the way to do it!

This is a steel chapatti pan (baking) that is commonly used by Indian people on a daily basis. Even in Chinese cooking, the taste of food prepared in a Teflon frying pan is completely different from food prepared in a steel frying pan. In the same way, I believe that simple chapattis will taste much better if they are baked in a steel chapatti pan, as Indians do!

The wooden handle is simple as if it were made in India, but its construction, which could be called rugged, conveys the local atmosphere of India.

The simple construction of this simple cooking utensil makes it durable and unbreakable, and it will last for generations to come.

*Precautions for use

As the pan is made of steel, there may be rust on the pan. Please wash it with a gold scrubber and keep it lightly oiled.

If the pan gets burnt, it would be better to pre-treat it. Please read the customer testimonials for details on how to prep the pan.
