| *Ceramic incense holder from Nepal This incense burner is made of fired earthenware with traditional coloring. Most incense holders are made of wood, but this incense holder is unusually made of ceramic. A Buddhist motif is placed in the center, as is typical of Nepal, creating a solemn atmosphere. The motif of this incense burner is mandala. It is a pictorial representation of the esoteric Buddhist view of the world. All of these incense holders are individually handmade by Nepalese people. The antique hand painted paint is very attractive. |
