The antique design gives it a stately presence and makes it a wonderful interior decoration item. With a friendly rounded form, it can be used in a normal upright position, or can be hung with a chain attached. *For powder incense, resin incense, agarwood, etc. When you open the inside, you will find a large space for incense and charcoal. ■パウダー香や樹脂香、沈香などへ
中を開くとお香と炭を置くための、広いスペースが広がっています。炭の上にパウダー香や樹脂香、沈香などを乗せて、香りを楽しむことができます。
使っているうちに、だんだんと煙の出る部分が色づいていき、使うほど風合いに経年変化してくのも楽しめるお香立てです。
■八吉祥文様
香炉にデザインされているのは、八吉祥文様。
八吉祥は、チベットで幸運のシンボルとされている8つの文様です。
・繋ぎ目がなく永遠の絆を表すエンドレスノット(シュリーヴァスタ)。
・仏教のシンボルとして有名な連華(ペマ)。
・悪鬼から身を守るとされている傘をモチーフにした宝傘(チャトラ)。
・ヒンドゥーや仏教の儀式で、最も重要な水を入れる瓶のモチーフ、ブンバ。
・釈迦の教えを車輪に例えた法輪(チャクラ)。
・二匹の魚がモチーフで苦難の大海からの救済を表すマツヤ。
・仏教の勝利を表す旗をモチーフにしたドゥバジャ。
・仏教では法音を意味し、純白で清浄であることのシンボル、法螺貝(シャンカ)。
なお、こちらの商品は現地の方の手作り品ですので、若干のデザイン違いや凹みなどがある場合がございます。炭を直接置くと金属にダメージを与えてしまう可能性があるので、直接熱がいかないよう灰などを敷き詰めたりしてください。
また、使用中は熱くなるので火傷しないようお気をつけくださいませ。
