Description
*Nepalese Heartscape This water bottle has a shape unique to Nepal. It is known by several names, including Ghalcha, Kalash, Gaagro, and Gaagri. They are used in ceremonies to offer water to statues of deities and at weddings, etc. They are much more than mere water jugs, and can be said to be an inseparable part of Nepalese life and culture. In everyday life, the jugs are used to welcome guests by arranging flowers at the entrance. This custom can be seen all over Nepal, and a large one is also displayed at Tribhuvan International Airport. This is an easy-to-use, medium-sized one. The solid material and round shape are very lovely. We recommend this item for interior decoration. Because it is made in the traditional way, water may seep out from the joints. In that case, please fill the holes by pouring melted wax inside. Also, since the product is directly imported from Nepal, there may be dents and other defects. |
