*Timing of product shipment
*Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on the same day will be shipped on the same day.
   Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the same day as much as possible,
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day as possible, but will be shipped the next business day after the shipping company finishes pickup.
If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please let us know.
Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

*The sizes shown are measured with a tape measure and placed flat, so there may be slight deviations.
*Since the products are manufactured overseas, sewing and prints may be less accurate than those of domestic products.
*Because of large-lot production, there may be color variations even in the same item number.
*Innerwear, bottoms, and accessories are used in the photo shoot but are not included in the product.
*The actual color may slightly differ depending on your PC environment.
*We check our stock each time, but since we also sell our products in our actual store, there may be a case of a difference in the sale of the product.
In such cases, we may reduce the number of orders and process them as sold out.
*Return Policy
*When returning defective items, please be sure to contact us in advance via inquiry box or phone within 7 days of receiving the item.
*Please send back the defective items by Sagawa Express Pay-on-Delivery.
*We will not accept returns shipped by carriers other than Sagawa Express.
*Please mark the defective part and attach a copy of the delivery note when you return the product.
