Description
*What is a red seal? A red seal is a seal given as a proof of visit to a shrine or temple. The name of the shrine or temple, the name of the principal image, and the date of the visit are written in ink. *Japanese paper is used for the cover of the red seal book. Washi paper has strength and excellent preservation properties. In addition, the gilt finish used in some patterns has a luxurious feel. *Yuzen Japanese paper dyed by artisans These beautiful patterns are colorful and vivid, and cannot be expressed by print printing. To dye a pattern, a mold is needed for each color. Several molds are precisely overprinted. Each item is dyed one by one by craftsmen. *This notebook is folded in a bellows style. The paper is double-layered to prevent ink from migrating to the reverse side. *The size of the notebook is compact enough to carry around. Since red seals are written in the red seal book at temples and shrines, red seals will not stick out even in this size. *Take your red seal book with you when you visit shrines and temples. [Goshuin" (red seals) vary from shrine to shrine and temple to temple. You can collect them as a record of your visit to a shrine or temple or as a souvenir of your trip, and it will be a good memory. |
