We named it [Kitsune Pan] because it is a frying pan that cooks to a golden brown.
The thickness of the iron body is 2 mm, which is thicker than most frying pans made of iron.
It is a little heavy, but this is covered by the handle made of Japanese cherry wood.
It feels very comfortable in the hand and is very easy to hold, so the weight seems to be reduced.

The features of an iron frying pan are its excellent heat conductivity and heat storage properties, which allow the heat to spread evenly throughout the pan, making it an excellent frying pan that cooks food evenly and deliciously. This frying pan has been treated with our original process called "hard tempering (baking oil acclimation)," which makes it non-stick and rust-resistant despite being made of iron. The performance can be maintained for a long period of time by occasionally returning the oil to the surface as maintenance. It is compatible with all heat sources, and there are no restrictions on the use of heat sources in the home. Try cooking crispy stir-fried vegetables or juicy meat dishes with this iron fox pan.

Some trading conditions may be applicable only in Japan.

Since this product is hard-tempered (baked with oil) one by one by hand in the manufacturing process, [uneven baking * black spots] may appear depending on the temperature, humidity, or environment. Hard temper processing is our original processing method that improves the inherent difficulties of iron [non-stick * rust resistance].

The handle is made of cherry wood harvested in Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Because it is a natural material, the coloring and the appearance of the annual rings may vary. Please note that you cannot choose your favorite color.

*Precautions for use When cooking for the first time, first put an appropriate amount of oil on the surface of the pan and allow it to thoroughly absorb the oil, then wipe off the oil and put oil on the pan again.
